Harbor Home Cleaners cleans homes weekly, biweekly or monthly across Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley counties. Your flat-rate price is set before we book, and you save 20%, 15% or 10% for keeping that schedule. Miss something? Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean it.

Who recurring cleaning is for
You want a clean house on the same day every week, every other week or every month, and you don’t want to rebook each time. Recurring clients have the same assigned cleaning technician. We schedule that person for your visits whenever we can make it work, so they learn your home and how you like it done. We won’t promise the same person every single time, because people get sick and schedules change.
What you save, and what you earn
Your price is a flat rate, set before we book. Then the frequency you choose lowers it:
- Weekly: save 20%
- Biweekly: save 15%
- Monthly: save 10%
You keep the saving by keeping the schedule. If you cancel the plan after the first cleaning, that first visit is repriced at the one-time rate and we charge the difference.
Every clean also earns Harbor Rewards: a free oven clean, fridge clean, baseboard refresh, interior window cleaning, deep-clean upgrade or standard cleaning. Every completed visit earns points, and your membership discount and points stack. Refer a friend and you each get $50 off your next clean.
Changing a visit
Life moves. Cancel or reschedule any visit for free with more than 72 hours’ notice. Inside 72 hours there’s a $50 fee, and if we can’t get into the home at the scheduled time, a $50 lockout fee applies.
24‑hour re‑clean guarantee
If something we cleaned isn’t right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the part that was missed.

What happens if I cancel my recurring cleaning plan?
If you cancel a recurring plan after the first cleaning, that first visit is repriced at the one-time rate and Harbor Home Cleaners charges the difference. To skip or move a single visit instead, give more than 72 hours' notice and there's no fee; inside 72 hours the fee is $50.
