How much do recurring cleaning clients save?
Recurring clients of Harbor Home Cleaners save 20% on weekly cleanings, 15% on biweekly cleanings and 10% on monthly cleanings, compared with the one-time rate. The savings last as long as you keep the schedule you chose, and every clean also earns Harbor Rewards such as a free oven clean, fridge clean, baseboard refresh, interior window cleaning, deep-clean upgrade or standard cleaning.
Do I pay anything up front to book a cleaning?
No deposit. Harbor Home Cleaners asks for a card on file to secure your spot on the calendar, and the card isn't charged until after the clean is completed. A hold appears on the card 24 hours before your service.
Why does Harbor Home Cleaners charge a flat rate instead of by the hour?
A flat rate means you know the full price of your cleaning before you book, instead of finding out once the job is done. The price is for the job you booked, not for how long it takes, and if something we cleaned isn't right, you can tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it.
What fees are there?
Only a few, and they're all here. Cancelling or rescheduling is free with more than 72 hours' notice; inside 72 hours it's $50. If our cleaning technician can't get into the home at the booked time, there's a $50 lockout fee. Recurring savings depend on keeping your schedule: if you cancel a recurring plan after the first cleaning, that first visit is repriced at the one-time rate.
